Chicken-Cheese Lasagna recipe

Preparation:Heat the butter in medium sized pan over low fire, until it has melted. Add the garlic salt and flour and cook while stirring constantly. Once bubbles are forming, remove the pan from the fire and mix in the milk and the broth. Heat the mix to a boiling and stir for 1 minute after it starts boiling. Now mix in the mozzarella cheese, the parmesan cheese, chopped onion and spices and cook that on a low first fire while still stirring constantly, until all of the cheese has melted. Spread out about 1 1/2 cups of this cheese mix on bottom of an A4-seized pan. Put four uncooked noodles on top of that and spread the half cup of Bearnaise Sauce over it. Now take four more uncooked noodles and do the same with another 1 1/2 cups of cheese mix. Repeat the same with 4 noodles and other half cup of Bearnaise Sauce. Top the whole thing of with spinach, 1 1/2 cups cheese sauce, the rest of noodles and cover with last of cheese sauce and, finally, the 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees fahrenheit until noodles are done. This can take up to 45 minutes. For best taste let the lasagna stand for 15 minutes before cutting. |
