(Thai garlic and pepper chicken)

Preparation:Heat cooking oil in a pan or wok, until you start to see smoke. Add the chicken meat and stir fry until the meat is almost done. Remove the chicken and place it aside. Put the garlic, pepper and corianderroot and stir fry. Add sugar, the fish sauce, the oyster sauce and the soy sauce to personal taste. Add the meat and simmer on a medium heat until it's done. Sprinkle with the coriander and it's ready to be served. |
