(Thai chicken in oyster sauce)

Preparation:Cut and slice all ingredients so that they are easy to stir fry (ie 1 " cubes) Mix the oyster sauce with the sugar, salt and soy sauce and set that mix aside Heat cooking oil in a pan or wok, until you start to see smoke Stir fry the garlic for about half a minute and then add the mushrooms and the green pepper and onion cubes. After 1 minute add the sliced chicken bits until it is nearly done (app. 3 minutes) Add the oyster and soy mix and stir for another minute. Best served on white jasmine rice. |
