(Chicken in a creamy hot basil - chilli sauce)

Preparation:Heat oil in a wok until hot Add garlic and stir fry until fragrant Add the chicken bits and fry until nearly done Break the egg into the wok and wait until it is firm Add the rice and stir fry until the rice is dry enough Add tomato, onion and chinese kale Season to taste with soy sauce, salt and peper and stir thorougly Serve with spring onions and sliced cucumber |
