Laab Kai (Larb Kai) recipe
(Spicy minced chicken with mint salad)

Preparation:Heat wok or frying pan with vegetable oil on a medium heat until you see smoke. Add the lemon grass and half of the hallots and stir for a minute. Now the garlic and the chicken and stir fry until chicken is almost done and make sure to break up any lumps that form while frying. Add the fish sauce and 2 chillies. Stir fow a while and taste and add more chillies from personal taste. Finally add the mint leaves. Best served with "sticky rice". |
