(Thai Chicken Satay with peanut sauce)

Preparation:Slice the chicken fillet into thin strips. Mix all the other ingredients, mentioned below the chicken fillet, add the chicken slices and let it marinade for several hours. Peanut SauceHeat the oil in a saucepan and add the red curry paste when it is hot. Change to medium heat and stir for 2 -3 minutes. Now add the spices and after 2 more minutes you can add the rest of the ingredients, but be careful with the salt. You can add more while boiling. Boil a few more minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve on a warm plate. |
